3.2 Workspace Usage

Members and visitors must:

• Keep noise and other activities at a reasonable level.

Flipp may impose reasonable capacity limits, booking requirements, or temporary access restrictions to maintain safety and service quality.

3.3 Personal Belongings

Users are responsible for their personal belongings, devices, and valuables.

Flipp is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

4. Café Food and Beverages

Café food and beverages are subject to availability. Menu items, ingredients, prices, and serving sizes may change from time to time.
